Welcome

We are a Real Estate Sales Group based in Ottawa, Ontario.

Our team is leaded by Moe McIlwain (Real Estate Service Representative). Moe has over 13 years of experience as a Realtor and has sold hundreds of properties, including houses, lots, and investment buildings- and has even worked with rental units. Not only does he have experience assisting clients, but is experienced in owning, buying, and selling investment properties, meaning he knows what it is like to be in the clients shoes.

We understand that buying or selling a home/property is a huge transaction, with the highest valued possession you own. While it can be overwhelming, we aim to make the complicated simple by dealing with the logistics for you, helping you avoid any potential legal issues that could arise if you bought/sold privately. We also have a dedicated marketing team working each day to get your home as much visibility as possible.

Our team works on a model of honesty and transparency, acting in the best interest of our clients at all times. We work to add value, speed, and ease to your transaction. We also want our clients to feel like they are part of the team, all working towards the same goal of contributing to your experience, not taking from it.

We have a high level of accountability through the Mike Ferry Organization, making sure that we are always working as hard as we can to get you the sale. We also have a large amount of administrative help/support that most Realtors do not have.

Our whole group is dedicated to serve you with any of your Real Estate needs. Our systems in place to make sure that you get the best service possible.

Whether you want to buy or sell, we are here to help!
